I think that Employee B should forward this email to his manager and ask him, if it's ok to invest time in this issue (if it's really time consuming). If it's 10 minutes work and I have the authority to do it, and it's really a mistake, I will fix it.

Obviously you didn't understand the issue involved. It was of a customer who had an account debit it twice and wanted someone to wipe up after them for their mistake.

If a customer is so addled to need someone to help them do everything, it's best they go to an assisted living home.

So atop of all the other BS I have at work, I have to be at the beck and call of a co-worker who vastly over-estimates their position? Gods!
