I went through 3 interviews with a big Pharma company for a sales rep position (including meeting with the hiring manager). I ended up not getting it.
However, I applied for another Sales Reps position with the same company and area, but with a different "Team" (which means they are responsible for selling different drugs). I just received an invitation to do a first round interview for this particular position.
Does anyone know if this new "team" will also have the same hiring manager/district manager? Or does the new team of drugs typically have a different district manager?
I would not want to interview with the same district manager again because he did not hire me the first time.
