I started a new job about two months ago and one of the females that was hired at the same time and was in orientation with me for some reason has developed severe hatred for me..I think she is a narscist ....She never stops bragging and I don't believe most of what comes out of her mouth. I think she might be toxic ..How in the heck do I handle this female ?
Simply avoid her as much as your job will allow. Don't be rude, but try to avoid being in the same room or area with her and don't engage her in conversation. Concentrate on your work and do your best at that. Don't get involved in workplace drama.

Agree with PJSinger. If you do anything other than this, then you are no better than her. You were hired to work, so do your job well. If this person interferes with your work at all you document and report it to your manager but avoid confrontation.

So... you think she hates you, must be a narcissist, always brags, lies, and is "toxic". Kinda sounds like you hate her. Or, at the minimum, you're far too interested in what other people say and do.
Why not just ignore this person and do your job? Or quit.

What does that have to do with you? Just ignore her and do your job. She sounds like she is digging her own grave with her annoying behavior.
The fact that you refer to her as "one of the females" and "this female" suggests that you may have a problem working with women. That's a problem for you, not something wrong with your co-workers. You may want to seek counseling to address this concern.
Do your job well, mind your own business and things will work themselves out.
If what you're saying about her is true, I doubt that you're the only one who sees what's going on.
