Do your best to stay out of this. Because when it goes south, and it will eventually, you don't want your name mixed up in it. Good luck.

If it comes up again, tell her that it is a subject that you do not want to discuss. What was her motivation for telling you in the first place?

We have 4 bosses. One of the other bosses came in and reprimanded her for something unrelated. She wanted to know if maybe that other female boss sensed something was going on and was acting out.

OMG....This will not go well. Try to disengage as much as possible from this employee. It will hit the fan.....Stay upwind.

This ^^^ comment just shows how dense and completely unprofessional this co-worker is. She is having an affair with a superior, and when another superior does her job and reprimands her, she finds a way to turn it into some kind of drama.

Seriously, stay away from this person. It's a workplace, not the middle-school cafeteria.
