I recently login our hospital system and viewed my medical records because it's allowed to view employee's own medical records in our hospital. But then I realized the system that I login is an restriction system Epic. What should I do? The manager said she will receive a flag from upper manager if that is a violation. SO worried....

At this point there is nothing you can do. As long as you used your log-in to view your records, and there is truly no policy against the use of this system for personal reasons, then you should be fine.
However, gut feeling tells me that you are mistaken about the policy, most and especially medical file systems are heavily regulated and tightly controlled, strictly forbid access unless you have a legitimate reason to access any including your own files. No reason to worry the act is done and nothing can undo it.
your medical records are freely available to you with some possible exceptions for psychiatric visits. No way should you get in trouble for viewing them. Now if you accessed them through a forbidden site, well.........
If it is a restricted system, how did you get on without a password?
