Sometimes recruiters dangle a carrot in front of someone. And they also lie.

It means no thing. The recruiter just wants to get paid so you are just grouped into a large group.

Recruiters are a waste of time. They don't care if anyone specific gets the a job, they just want someone to get a job. I have learned ways around recruiters but not going to share it in public.

First rule of maintaining sanity during the job search. Do not look into the small insignificant stuff too much. There are no clear rules. The only thing of worth is of course the job offer. All else is just a waste of time and will only give you a headache.

Ok so it means nothing.....saying stay tuned does'nt even mean at all you will most likely hear back from them even if you don't get that particular job in any workplace whoever the individual might be.
