Sometimes recruiters dangle a carrot in front of someone. And they also lie.
Recruiters are a waste of time. They don't care if anyone specific gets the a job, they just want someone to get a job. I have learned ways around recruiters but not going to share it in public.
If you contact someone that is interested in you in a job and they reply back and say our team will present your materials at that time at the end of the month for example february what would be considered end of february anyway this month? Around the 23-24 starting off? Anyways then they say too thanks for your interest if selected as a candidate they will take you through the next steps. Then lastly they say so stay tuned and have a good week not with a period but exclamation point. Is this a sign of something good for the possible employer looking for that job from the job recruiter who sent that specific email or it pretty much means nothing at all?
First rule of maintaining sanity during the job search. Do not look into the small insignificant stuff too much. There are no clear rules. The only thing of worth is of course the job offer. All else is just a waste of time and will only give you a headache.

Ok so it means nothing.....saying stay tuned does'nt even mean at all you will most likely hear back from them even if you don't get that particular job in any workplace whoever the individual might be.
