Assuming you meant quarantine due to Covid. Doesn't the state of Arkansas have a website? Bet they do. You can probably find information about Covid and financial assistance there.
From an employment perspective, there are no more programs available based on special COVID carveout. You can apply like anyone else for whatever pre-COVID assistance that was available.

COVID quarantine? My state sees COVId like the flu. No more quarantining. Wear a mask when you go out. Kids also go to school unless they have bad symptoms.
Forced to quarantine... for how long? I thought a person only had to quarantine for like a week now with Covid. Do you mean you had to quarantine and subsequently lost your job because they wouldn't let you be off for that much time? Or you have to quarantine and you don't have sick leave, so you are having to take unpaid days you can't afford? Or you are just not getting better and it's been a long time but you are still contagious so you've been on quarantine for a long time?
