Printers have internal memory, yes they should be able to tell you what workstation it was printed from. I'd report it, get IT involved and call it a day.
I'd definitely bring this up with either your supervisor or HR.
This would probably be considered harassment, and even if it's not, it's something your employer would not be happy about and would want to put a stop to. Since it's anonymous you can't really do anything about it yourself so they shouldn't have a problem with you reporting it and taking care of it for you.
So sorry this is happening! :/ I hope they get fired.
That's not a good feeling, but I've heard about more instances from the other side of the coin. Someone has bad breath, stinks w/ mad body odor, doesn't look clean, wears musty/dirty-looking clothes, etc. & the coworkers of that person can't stand to have to endure it but they aren't going to tell the person face to face. So the next best thing is leaving anonymous notes. I've never done it in my life & would never leave anonymous notes about anything to anyone myself.
How long have these notes been happening & have you improved your appearance? You'll probably say NO because it's the one who has the bad appearance who's normally the person who's in denial. I'd take a good look at myself & see if there is something I can change.
Saying negative things abotu my appearance, etc. and leaving it on my desk.
Is this something you think at a fortune 100 company, they keep track of? I have the times. so they would just have to check the print jobs.
Maybe there is a legitimate issue about your appearance, I don't know. That's why they print the note instead of handwriting so they can remain anonymous.
While this is a childish way to deal with things, maybe they don't want to tell you to your face that you smell or breath smells.
Of course you can turn them into your boss or to HR, but don't expect HR do anything...they will tell you to go up the chain of command. So, go to your boss, but be ready for that awkward conversation regarding xyx (whatever it is they are talking about in the notes).
Having said that, yes, this is a form of bullying...and no it's not right and I'm sorry no one in your office is adult enough to sit down with you and discuss xyz.
