40 years for an IT company. I will retire in 16 months. I get 5 weeks of vacation and my manager gives me another 3 weeks off during the year as comp time.
I think I may have problems with jobs... Never been with any company longer than 11 months .... I bore very easily and cant imagine working for any company longer than a year and a half
In December, it'll be nine years. I can't believe how fast the time has flown. I plan (hope) to work there the rest of my working life. I have three years to go until I can take retirement, but may stay longer if my health and stamina are up to it. I'm a school cafeteria cook.
