I have a confession to make: Although I'm doing what I've always dreamed of doing for a living, sometimes I get really sick of being a freelance writer.

Back in 2005, I use to work as an office clerk at a local barricade company. My liked my job, weekends off, the employees and the boss made you feel welcome, and it was like we were all a family there. The good times lasted from 2005-2007. Around 2007 was when the trouble started, our corporate office was accusing my old manager of doctoring the inventory numbers and they were on the verge of firing him. I felt bad for him, everyday at the end of the day, we would talk and bull#### about things and I left the day smiling and happy. He was fired in January of last year. The new manager was bad from the start, he was a slave driver, he didn't care about his employees, and he made me work weekends for no reason. I made good money, but I was sick of it after a while. The dream job that I liked from 2005-2007 turned into a nightmare. Luckily, I was laid off in August of last year. It was sad, but I did survive 3 years at a job, the longest I have EVER kept a job .

My Dream Job was my last job too at Jacobs ESCG - NASA's Primary Engineering contractor! I loved the interesting work, and I was well paid as a Proe Designer / Detailer and it was easy work at a Mech Eng salary level!
