You may think it's big, but where has that gotten you in life thus far? Tell me--are you a sought after, highly valued employee? Update: I had my telephone interview about an hour ago. I think it went really well. I got to talk a lot about what I currently do at my bank and how it relates to what I would be doing at the new bank. I don't think I could have possibly picked a better time and place to apply. They told me they'd let me know by next week, but I was definitely at the top of their list. That made me feel great to hear! Now I just have to wait and see if I get the 11% pay raise I asked for...
I didn't ask about the benefits, because they gave me a detailed rundown of their benefit/rewards package. It sounds even better than my current one!
