Do you consider the next states Northern/Southern?
California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia.
Cailfornia is western, Nevada is western, Utah is western, Colorado is western, Missouri is southern in this case. I think Missouri is a mix of mid western and southern culture, but when asked north or south I will say we identify more with the south. Kentucky is the same as Missouri, West Virginia is northern, and Virginia is southern, execpt for NoVa.
