Looks like there are a few European countries with 65% overweight...this map is for males....(it's the first map I found). Finland, Germany, and the UK.
This map doesn't seem consistent with the top 20 list...perhaps the females make up the difference, as I only found a male map.

What was this comment in the article, are black americans way more obese than the average non-black american? By the way, I just back from Brazil again (6th time) and it seemed there are way more obese people there today than before. Maybe it was just where I was or that I just noticed it now...
