Singapore. Draconian laws... Like mandatory death penalty for drug-trafficking...really!?!? And they have the highest execution rate per capita from what I remember. Or somewhere close.
Do countries like Japan, South Korea, and Singapore have universal health care? If not, definitely one of those because the general stress levels are too high in those countries as it is.
You overlooked advanced social infrastructure in my previous post.
what exactly is advanced social infrastructure , you sound like some kind of wanabe political scientist who likes to engage in meaningless pretentious jargon
It's easier to name the countries that are best for the average person. However, the differences in quality of life for first countries is not much different. For example the Japanese have high wages, but they work the most, Poland has low wages, but I bet they enjoy life compared to most countries. If anywhere is the best it's where the countries are most equal Sweden would be an example. But worst, in terms of quality of life for the average person in a first world country? There isn't. It's easier to measure which countries have the strongest wages, the best gadgets, etc but that doesn't really really add to the quality of life.
But since there is a poll. I voted for the US of A. Simply because a country so rich should not have that many poor as well as such a high income inequality. As the strongest economy it should be a leader in ending poverty and inequality inside its own borders.

Not sure but I don't think so...dunno if Singapore even has a a disability/old age pension, or a meagre one at that.
Btw I missed Australia because I didn't think there was a good reason why it could be considered among the worst for quality of life in the first world.
I don't think there's a good reason why Sweden or Denmark should be considered among the worst either. If anything they are the best in the world.
