USA for you. As for the black on black crime, does it really matter? Unless you choose, or have no choice to due to financial considerations (if it was financial, forget moving to the EU anyway), you're not forced to live in these kinds black neighborhoods, just like I'm not forced to live with Mexicans, Dominicans, or Puerto Ricans around here.
