In Canada I would say Banff, Jasper and Glacier national park are the greateast. Mainly for their stunning views of the rocky mountains. Other National parks worth mentioning are Pacific Rim, Cape Breton Highlands And Gros Morne National Parks.

In that grouping, I would add Yoho National Park. They all are kind of connected seamlessly. Yoho has Emerald Lake and the famous Spiral Tunnels.
What would you say are the greatest natural park(s) in your country?
What do you think makes it/them particularly interesting or unique in the world?
What would be an example itinerary of what a visitor would do to get and then do there?
The nine largest natural parks in Brazil are all part of the Amazon Forest; the largest one is the park of Tumucumaque Mountains, near the border with French Guyana. The access to these areas is usually done by plane or by boats. If we count all of them as a single one, it would be certainly one of the largest of the entire world.
Here the answer is easy: Los Glaciares, Iguazú, and Nahuel Huapi are the most renowed national parks by far. Sadly when they were gaining deeper international attention then the pandemic ruined it all. List of national parks of Argentina

As amazing as the rocky mountains are, IMO the Coast Mountains (aswell as the Cascades in the US) are even more stunning. I found suprising the fact that there are hardly any National Parks from that area.
Don't Know if Australia has any "Great" National parks. Given our location/Geography and History however there are lots of unique national parks in Australia, full of Australian Animals and Aboriginal Rock art etc.
Kakadu National Park is possibly the best Known of these. Its where most of the Australian Segment of Crocodile Dundee were filmed for those who have seen the movie.
I was lucky to see lake eyre when it had water in it once, in the middle of the Australian Deseret you could run into a scene like this if it has been raining a lot within its Catchment (which is 1.2 million km2).
