I don't have a sister but if someone in my family was a prostitute (and he told me, often they don't tell their families)-by the way, it could be a guy, there are male prostitutes too, more than one thinks-llet's say my son for instance, I'd try to help him to the best of my ability, and certainly not have a moral judgment on him ansd add to his misery (if indeed he is so miserable...)

your use of the word " misery " is interesting
its usually misery which leads one into prostitution , misery and desperation , no one vulluntarily becomes a prostitute
