North America plate design. It's less obtrusive than the European one, and you can actually put backgrounds on them. The European ones you can't, they all come in one solid color.
I think the one from Maryland is actually quite nice, some of the others are a bit tacky... For example the Wyoming one...
In Europe, I like the Austrian one the most. Mostly because of the font we use and the coat of arms of each state. The ones from Slovakia and Slovenia are also pretty cool. I don't really like the German and Italian ones.
But the winner is definitely Canada with this beauty
