I wasn't wrong though. Hawaii is a state, French Guiana isn't. French Guiana is equivalent to Puerto Rico.

If this thread is pointless than so is every single other thread on this forum. Why are you posting on this thread if it is pointless?

French Guiana is an overseas territory of France, Puerto Rico is an overseas territory of the USA. Hawaii is a state. What don't you understand about this?
