Manchester (U.K.), Birmingham (U.K.), Boston (U.S.), Philadelphia (U.S.), Oslo (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark).
Which city of all of these cities would you most want to live in?

I don't know if the World forum requires having criteria or not for a thread to exist but if it does, then here are some to consider; location, climate, job market, diversity, amenities, interesting sites to see, fun night scene to experience, infrastructure, things to do outdoors, so on.
I think these cities can be compared to one another, size difference or no size difference, I think the Northeastern United States has cities that can compare interestingly with cities in Northern Europe.

Lets see I have never been to any of them but I prefer to live in the United States first and foremost; love traveling and exploring different countries but I would rather live in the U.S.
So in order I would go like this:
Living:
Boston
Philadelphia
Manchester
Birmingham
Oslo
Stockholm
Copenhagen
Visit:
Stockholm
Oslo
Boston
Philadelphia
Manchester
Birmingham
Copenhagen
Which city of all of these cities would you most want to live in?
1. Boston
2. Philadelphia
3. Manchester
4. Birmingham
5. Copenhagen
6. Stockholm
7. Oslo

But which would you prefer to visit if you didn't have to pay for yourself?
None. Like I said, I'd rather stay home. I don't care about money, I care about the opportunity cost. What could I do in the same time that I was traveling to any of those horrible places?
Actually I've never been to Boston so maybe that then.

Because then I can at least do something productive. Like work. If I'm there on vacation, what am I supposed to be doing? Looking at depressing monuments in depressing weather?
