I've been to Darwin, and I liked it. All of Australia is interesting to see.

Guam, I haven't been there. But I've heard they have great beaches though....and tons of Japanese tourists. And a large U.S. military presense as well.

If Guam was located 2000-6000 km to the West i would have gone with Guam.
