Finland is only in the poll because of its isolation to the rest of Europe, climate and their long border with Russia.
I don't feel isolated at all. Can't say that the climate is the best in the world, but it's not any worse than in, say, Sweden. The long border with Russia doesn't affect me in any way.
Do you think that we are some backwards conservative isolationist country on the fringe of Europe? Well, we are not, and in fact we're quite similar to the Netherlands.
