Awesome video. I'm a huge fan of trains and would relish at the opportunity to check some of these out. The only ones that I find terrifying are the first one that runs through a Thai market and the one in Ecuador.
I seem to hear a lot about train crashes in India. Also in Cuba (according to a Globe Trekker episode) trains break down and therefore don't run on time quite often.
The starting picture of that youtube video is fake though. The tracks are rather flat and that steep angle is just created by rotating the picture. Thats how to create thousands of clicks.
Between 5:00 and 5:20, the Indian trains have their doors open while moving, even though the coaches aren't so crowded that the doors couldn't be closed. This isn't a problem of overwhelming demand (as is, for instance, riding on the roofs and hanging off the sides) but simply a disregard of a basic safety function. Seems to me that if they'd simply shut the doors when the train is moving, they'd avoid a lot of slip and fall accidents.
For example a Chinese steam train, transporting coal from a coal mine. Obviously they wanted to save some money and removed the spark filter... Not that this is kind of fire hazard...

Because of the refugee crisis very serious altercation, Hungary is one of those very few or even sole exceptions “first world” zones to disregard riding on the train. Imagine going to a major station where you see thousands to literally millions of these Syrian type victims asking for too much in the wrong nation. Quite overly random for how they get this far away from their original homeland. Tons of recent controversies.
