The fact that more people (not on this site) are more interested in who's going to win Dancing With The Stars than they are who's going to control Congress....

We're surrounded by uneducated voters who don't have the brains to figure out the importance of who gets elected....

Please - get out and vote today -

And if you're a liberal, you're supposed to vote tomorrow...

Caught this on the front page.

I was about to give you a rep until that last line. Puzzling to me why you even posted this (as well as posting it here) as the wrong side is going to control again. So you win and as a result we have more gridlock to look forward to, unfortunately. Now with the Senate apparently going in the other direction it will become worse.

People have just lost hope, they feel like voting does not matter much at all.......I tend to agree.

Kinda been proven... unless you have the means to buy your official, then you're just along for the ride.

I vote "No Confidence" because that's precisely what I have. At least I can take away a vote from EVERYONE.

I am corresponding with a woman in China and she was mortified when I told her via phone today how many people do not take part in the political process here.

Possibly something for you all who stayed away from the polls today to think about but I doubt you will. I'm glad we have the system we do here and not there.

The important thing is to stop any bills that Obama wants that will make the country worse. I' m all for gridlock until we have a conservative president.

Please note: gridlock stopped the universal background checks which is nothing more than finding out who owns guns.

I'm obxiously out of place here and won't stay long. I'm anti-NRA for the most part but I do think people have the right to shoot on site anyone who breaks into their homes. President Obama has never been on record to take your guns away. I'm for the background checks.

No conservative President for the next 10 years. Hillary runs in 2 years and wins.

Why don't you just elect her queen of Maryland and leave the rest of us out of her spider web?...

You are right. Obama has never been on record to take our guns away. But, there are many, many other Democrats who would like to restrict gun rights, so the party has a black eye on that.
