Does anyone know of any small towns in Wyoming that don't have or need a barber.

Check the yellow pages Lovell Barber shop | Barber shop in Lovell, WY - YP.com

The Lovell barber shop used to keep 2 sometimes 3 chairs busy when I was growing up there, but it appears to have closed, in spite of the population having grown slightly. It is a nice community, I loved growing up there.

Oddly enough I found a video of the barber shop, it appears it was up for sale in 2009. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d81ek2ogoOo

The Chamber of Commerce is interested in encouraging new businesses there. http://www.lovellchamber.com/Busines...9/Default.aspx

What about Star Valley. Smoot up to Alpine. I'm unsure if there any in this area currently, but if not you might be able to centrally locate in the valley like Thayne or Star Valley Ranch. I don't live in Wyoming (sadly) but I have spent time in Star Valley. It's beautiful!

I grew up in Basin & fondly remember Dutch Tharp at Dutch's Barber Shop. My brothers always went there. That was in the 60's/70's. If either in Basin or Greybull the shop would support both towns. I now live in Meeteetse and there isn't much here for commerce. With only 300 people I don't think it would support a barber shop, especially being most people here go to Cody at least once a week.

Just saw and ad in the Riverton paper that Riverton's only (as far as I know) barber is retiring. Could be a chance to get a turn key operation in an established location.

in downtown Rock Springs there is an old barbershop vacant but still has some chairs inside. It's right inside the old hotel which is attached to the mexican restaurant Fiesta Guadalajara.

The Rialto barber shop in Casper only has one barber now. They used to have two or three, and Larry is real busy.
