The first article mentions high tech industries and is using that as a measure of an economy and the second article is one paragraph that isn't explaining anything. What was your point in sharing this? Things aren't going well in Wyoming but these articles aren't exactly explaining why.

Idk and can't explain it but I went over to another county today to help out a friend. He is still in methane and he said his company is so dang busy. I can't tell you how many different people have told me the exact same thing.
