I think it is fairly new... a few years...

My husband took me to dinner with our daughter for mother's day, cause the moms got to eat free.... and the food I thought was really good, it was a nice place to stay with a motel and cabins ect...

I guess for father's day the dad's get to eat for free so I am going to take my husband up there to get a free meal...

We had a good time... still quite a bit of snow up there too... I took pictures around Burgess junction on the way home lol...

I can't wait till the wildflowers start popping up....

anyways, I was just curious if anyone else has stayed there or eaten there...

Is it the old lodge at Burgess Junction? Bear Lodge or something? Know they sold in the last year...but can't remember what they named it. The Meadowlark Lodge (is a campground at the lake with a restaurant - not really a lodge) is pretty OK - their beef noodle soup is to die for. LOl!!

It's not the Bearlodge resort or the pines lodge which is before Burgess Jct., Bear lodge you take the exit that goes towards lovell...

The Passage resort I think used to be just the cabins? Cause I remember seeing it last year when we were in the mnts.
But the motel looks like it was just brand new built and there is still construction materials around...

The Passage resort you take the exit like you are going to Greybull or Worland... and it is just a mile or two from Burgess Jct.

We ate there at 6:00 in the evening on mother's day. But I guess during the afternoon hours, they were packed non stop and had people lined outside the door cause a wedding breakfast was going on before the Mother's day lunch and dinner. They were advertising their mother's day dinner on 930 am Talk Radio aka Sheridan media.

MRV posted a link, and Passage resort also has their own website where you can reserve rooms and even reserve one of their package excursions...

Just type in a google search Passage Resort in the Big Horns and you can find their website... if not feel free to email me and I will give you their web site.
