Hey guys,

I will be moving to Cheyenne from Florida in May to start a new job. I'm looking at spending no more than $900-$1000/month on housing. I am not married and do not have children, so location in the city is really not a factor.

I would like to stay in a newer apartment complex or even a one bedroom house, if possible. Will I be able to find something nice for that price?

Also, is the rental housing market in Cheyenne super small? Sorry for my ignorance.

Thanks a ton!

Your price point should be able to get you a fairly nice apt or a small house in the area.

Easiest way to get started on your search would be to contact the property management companies in town directly for their available units.

The rental market in Cheyenne is pretty good right now after the few recent years of overbuilding and easy credit which allowed a lot of folk to move out of rentals into their owned housing.
