Recently I received this from a good friend of mine, he is very knowledgeable about quite a few topics but now has the time to devote to research on many things especially Veterans (he is a Veteran as well). He is also retired from law enforcement from Chicago and now lives in western Michigan (for many, many years now).

I know this is a lot of information to wade through, however, I did not want to take the chance
