I actually sold my new Honda Fit due to incredibly bad service department at Crown and simply not wanting to be bothered with them any longer. They actually damaged a door doing a minor repair and told me they'd have to replace a whole panel to fix it and would not do so. Eh. However, if you speak with Tony the service manager and explain that you are following up 'online,' it may help. Agreed that they are on the downward slope....
