Well, Time moves on. I actually retired exactly 1 month to the day after I posted the original question.."What did You do on the first day, week, month of retirement?" Didn't plan it that way, just the way it worked out. (Another thought, it was 45 years to the day after I got out of the Army.) Two weeks before I retired, the air conditioner in my car quit working. So much for a quick retirement getaway. Cost me almost $900 to fix the air..coulda been spent on motels or something....
