I personally know tons of anglos who live in Quebec who think that the language isssue is no big deal. Well then come to Ventimiglia - Bordighera Italy just 35 km eeast of Nice France. Here there is little frost, almost no snow, few really hot summer days, few really cold winter days and tons of Palm trees !!! We are at 43°...
