Arizona to South Dakota

Any Arizona folks now living well in the Black Hills?

We've explored, spent summers in Custer and around nearby and now are ready for a change. We've lived in Tucson, AZ for the last six years, escaped to the Black Hills as much as we can be beat the never-ending heat of the AZ summers and look to settle in the western part of SD. With all considerations, the Hot Springs area appears to fit best - climate, small clean town, not far from Rapid and all the important things one is looking...
