I had to stop working outfor about 6 months due to illness. Keep in mind I joined the YMCA where they have machines that are connected to a kiosk. The kiosk keeps record of ALL your workouts and even lets you track progress or lack of on your home computer.
This month I finally renewed my membership at the local Y and began my journey.
My beginning workout consisted of a whopping 5 minutes on the eliptical. Yep that's it.
I did improve weely until today...
