Our pool project with began with Quality Pools of Jacksonville, sold to us by Frank Messina. The pool was installed by Pools N’ Spas of Central Florida, also known as Strong, Inc. The project dragged on for months and was a terrible experience for our family.

Thank you for your response. We did end up using Frank Messina and Quality Pools and Spas from Flagler County. It has been a NIGHTMARE!! I would like to connect with your friend as I plan to file complaints against Frank and the company with DBPR and BBB. I'm hoping there's strength in numbers and if multiple customers file complaints they can be properly dealt with. I'll PM you my contact info.
