The title is 'how to Get Rid of Belly Fat'. I changed my mind about what I wanted to blog to focus on but, I soon changed my mind back to my original idea, to write about what I do and don't do all day, everyday. So, there is nothing here about belly fay, I just couldn't figure out how to change the title of the post.

Crazy Horse Memorial in Black Hills of South Dakota

I rarely watch the news.

Here, I see a lot of negative threads about President Biden. What is so bad about him that one poster asked if he will go down in history as the worst President, ever.

After cleaning the apt. I went to Wal-Mart and purchased nothing. I was looking for tank top that were on sale last week for $1. They were
regularly priced $3.98. I purchased 12 already and I wanted to see if there were any left. They were all gone.

After returning from Wal-Mart, I cooked dinner which was boiled chicken (you will see, that is my favorite) and green beans. I came back to City-Data and look around, for about two hours.

Bedtime.

I woke up kind of early today. For me early is between 10AM and 11AM. I don't like to eat as soon as I wake up so, I usually have a cup of coffee - half decaf - with cinnamon and turmeric.

Before I even drink my coffee, I do about 10 minutes of stretching my body and toe touched. After I turn on the coffee pot, I turn on the laptop and the TV.

I don't spend a lot of time looking at nonsense on TV, I like King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond (not as much as I do),...
