Moving from suffolk county li,ny to florida

HI,
CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE BEST/SAFEST NEIGHBORHOODS TO RAISE A FAMILY & THE BEST SCHOOLS? THE REASONS WHY I AM MOVING IS BECAUSE TAXES NOW WENT UP TO 10,000 A YEAR, SUFFOLK COUNTY HAS THE WORST AIR IN THE US, CAN'T DRINK WATER FROM THE FAUCET & I AM IN THE MEDICAL FIELD & CANCER, IS SPREADING SOOO RAPIDLY I WANT TO SAVE MY CHILDREN FROM THIS. IT'S TERRIBLE.
THERE HAS TO BE SOME GREAT CITIES/TOWN IN FLORIDA & I HOPE SOME ARE IN ORLANDO!!PLEASE HELP!!
