Is Baraboo WI a good place to live with teens

Moving from Rockford IL to WI. Should it be to Baraboo

I am moving in May from Rockford IL to WI because of the violence here. I have 17 year old twins and it is no longer safe for them to go to school here or walk down any street at night. There are no "good" neighboorhoods left. I am considering Baraboo WI because of the JR college and the job opportunities...
