Thanks for your comment and rep, today, 2G. It was nice to hear from you. We are on the home stretch of this two year journey, with just four more weeks to go. It's been a trip, indeed.

I've grown a lot as a person, and it's a new me going back to the homestead. I am not "Lookin'" anymore.

Part of the growth has come from the disappointments, but more has been from all the soul searching. I found I was much too shallow in my spiritual life, and all my judgments were invalid. I took myself much too seriously.

Now, I am able to live in this moment, most moments. I don't future trip, and I have gotten over my regrets about the past. It's history and doesn't matter any more.

Actually, I've learned that my likes and dislikes don't matter much to me, either. When we do finally get back into our home, and settled, my job search will begin with volunteer opportunities. When I meet Christ I want Him to know me by my good works, not my whining.

Everything else is just icing.
