    Austin is a very liberal college town and overall, very diverse. What would you like to know about 78731? I live in the neighboring zip code (78730) and sell property in both.
    Part of 78731 has a lot of off-campus apartments and duplexes. Other sections have highly desirable established neighborhoods. Are you looking to rent or buy?
