Looking for a public college on the ocean!

I am currently attending University of Wisconsin's Stevens Point and am looking for a relatively cheap, public Florida college on the ocean. (or for that matter any warm, coastal, college, Florida or not)

I need more than 3 months of sun and water!!! I'm going for Spanish and Human Resources so those are pretty general. Any suggestions???

    Have you checked the Florida forum?

    I do know that Gulf Coast Community College & UF -side by side to each other are located on the oceanview in Panama City Beach.
