Happy 2009, Pittsburgh!

Well, 2008 is come & gone now, with all its drama and uncertainty, and 2009 comes in bearing all the same trademarks...
When we first moved here last May, the whole area seemed to be full of live and vitality, and I've noticed a more negative attitude start to permeate through peoples' outward appearances lately. I hope that we can nip this in the bud and get back to actively promoting our city as a great place to live which, after all, it really is!!
There are always opportunities for growth and improvement, but we have it really good here, and I hope that whatever the economy may bring us in 2009, we'll keep that in mind as we go about our daily lives on and off the boards!....
