A place to land in Oregon

I am relocating from Missouri (likely next spring) and will be in a 5th wheel camper. Planning to spend time in and around western/south or central Oregon hoping to find a climate that suits me to purchase a permanent residence there. Is anyone aware of any place I could set my 5th wheel camper without paying an arm and a leg while I spend a year or so there finding my new home?

Well I don't much about space rents and all but I do like Oregon. I have lived in Redmond before and it was a great place. Sure has grown over the last 30 years. Medford area is really nice as Grants Pass. There is a group under City-Data called relocating. I had just joined it because I am a Realtor in Washington but it sounds like the format is perfect for you. Check it out and their may be someone who has some info for you.
