We too had a very frustrating house hunt. We had a great realtor but there are a lot of moving parts. We ended up putting an offer in on a house that had been on the market three days and they countered and we accepted. I believe we were the only showing. Things went smoothly and we closed on Valentine's. Anyways, when I walk around my house, I see how God orchestrated this house for us. Simple things that meet our specific needs that make our life slightly easier. It really is the perfect house for us. More than the other ones I was sad about and more than I even knew when we put the offer in. Gods timing is perfect. Keep your chin up. I am so glad now that I didn't get those other houses.
