Green Tattoo on my cats belly

However, the real reason I writing is when I was giving her a cat bath I notice a green marking on her belly that wouldn't wash off so I assume it's a tattoo, which signifies something. What do you think it's means? I assume it's the result of a medical procedure of maybe she was spayed?
