Well, I'm going to attempt to get us back on topic before a mod closes this thread.
Black women are the cause of the downfall of black families, as well as black men who aren't stepping up to the plate. I'd also like to mention that this is coming from a young black woman.
In the 1940s, 19% of black children were born out of wedlock.
In 1965 (civil rights era), 25% of black children were born out of wedlock.
In 1991, 68% of black children were born out of wedlock.
In 2010, 72% of black children are born out of wedlock.

Now, we're into an era where 72% of black kids are born out of wedlock. You'll hear them say things like, "Oh my baby daddy is a deadbeat!" or "My baby daddy don't pay child support". There isn't an excuse for letting a loser have unprotected sex with you.
Some of the most vile things I've ever heard have come from black women; such as "Your mom should've swallowed you." When they disagree with something a black man says or does, "You must be gay". I've heard mothers say to their sons, "Listen little n*igga, you betta' shut the fawk up before I beat yo ass!"
In the video, Don Lemon comes up with 5 ways to improve the black community. Here they are:
5. Pull up your pants
4. Stop using the n-word (the "er" form and "a" form)
3. Respect where you live (stop littering)
2. Finish school
1. Just because you can have a baby, doesn't mean you should (Over 70% born out-of-wedlock)
