Need help from realtor!!!!

I am looking for lakefront home in a mountainous setting. I am open to NC, SC, GA, TN, and AL.
I am looking for a home with a maximum price of $350,000. This home needs to have either separate living space/in law quarters/guest home or a detached building/garage which could be converted to living space. Have its own dock, year round deep water. I have a very flexible schedule and making arrangements to see these properties could be easily arranged. However with travel being an issue I would like to view at what is available online first.
If you are a realtor specializing in lakefront living please shoot me an email with listings meeting this criteria. Anything that looks decent will be looked at!!!
