Denver Stapleton School confusion

I looked around quite a bit, although mostly online. I will be looking around in person in Feb. We've always owned older homes (20's, 60's, and 70's) and had to do tons of remodeling/updating. We are sick of it!! So....newer homes, close to parks, hikes, grocery stores and good schools with a quick commute to the airport because my husband travels every other week. I am all ears for recommendations!
