Do you believe OJ Simpson was innocent?

Lexi, how do you explain the proof of a dead body in Casey's car? Or her lying about where that precious baby was? Looking up chloroform on the computer? The only thing George is guilty of is he and his wife lying to get their daughter off.

The computer searches are irrelevant and since nobody was chloroformed or hit with a shovel it has nothing to do with the death of Caylee. And there's zero way whatsoever to prove definitively who used the family computer. If this was damning evidence it would've been more thoroughly examined. Also it came out shortly after the trial that the investigators tampered with and faked that information and if that's the case, it is one less thing in the grand scheme of zero evidence against Casey as a murderer.

There was no proof of a body in the car. I read the entire report and it showed only that a chloroform compound was a common element in the carpet liners of that make/model vehicle and thus would be more attributed to the manufacturing than decomposition. The decompositional matter was also a non starter and was attributed to a mammal likely to be a pig than human. At no point in the report was there a confirmed statement of fact that there was any hard decompositional evidence of human remains, but instead that it was found that it could be attributed to pig and trash. Given your need to argue this point of evidence it could just as easily be said - there's more evidence a pig decomposed in the trunk than a human - according to the report. It's online. Find it and read what it actually says and not what Nancy Grace told you it says.
Even the hair was found to be of non value as evidence of Caylee being in the car. They went through it piece by piece with a clear understanding of the facts and the facts absolutely did not show in any respect human decomposition in the trunk.

To insist otherwise is to just ignore reality. Plain and simple.

The thing the public and wild eyed Grace crackpot idiots overlook in their need to persecute Casey Anthony is that they get drip fed sensationalist nonsense and not the actual events of the days things happened. It's all after the fact. The scenario of an accidental drowning makes sense and the defense did show a perfectly reasonable scenario that went out of control. In fact it was outlined pretty thorougly and factually - with documentation provided - in Baez's book he published. I had the opportunity to scour the phone records and they back up the defense claims that the likely scenario was Casey, who'd stayed up all night chatting, went to bed when her parents got up and Caylee was attended to by George. Without anything unsavory going on (like he's a child molester, all that stuff), he could've told her they were going swimming and while he was in the bathroom changing clothes, using the rest room, or even in the kitchen making coffee or out front getting the paper - any number of normal, routine actions when his attention wasn't on her, she went out and got into the pool and couldn't get out.

George's entire behavior reeked control and hiding stuff from Cindy. He orchestrated the story for Casey to leave and stay gone while he handled dealing with Cindy, and instead of being able to corral Cindy, she went proactive and went to find Casey who then made up the babysitter story as per the agreement with her father, she went along because she trusted he'd take care of it and she wouldn't end up in prison. She told the story only to pacify her mother in the moment. None of them anticipated the public would end up watching their every move. But then she had to repeat the story and it was a matter of just keeping that ball in the air - and, as George told the woman he cheated on his wife with, things spiraled wildly out of control.

There's more here than Grace allowed to be known, and more facts that point away from homicide and toward George concealing the death - not from the cops - but from Cindy who basically ran things with an iron hand. And it wasn't intended to be a long term lie. It was immediate, solving the immediate problem and biding time to break things down to avoid an implosion of their entire family. Only once he crossed that line and things blew up, they all had the choice to come clean or keep lying. According to Baez behind the scenes events, turns out the one who came clean was Casey. The rest of them were lying to cover their asses because of the intense media scrutiny.

George never lied to get Casey off. George lied to cover his own involvement in disposing of the child's remains around the corner and absolutely being tired to Kronk. In no universe where reality exists did this individual show up in the middle of 3000 searchers all over that area, not smell anything (nor anyone else on the block), pull over at the exact spot to relieve himself, see 30 feet into dense woods at a gray vinyl bag and a white round thing...but be prevented by a dead snake...and then return 4 months later, same spot for the same reason, seeing a black trash bag and a round white thing like a skull, that he went to, manipulated and found the skull. It didn't happen and anyone who believed that story is an imbecile with an IQ of about 2. The bag color changes. The object he spotted changes. Even the prosecutor called him a liar and realized too late he exposed Kronk's further involvement in manipulating the remains and the only way that happened in reality is if he had a source involved with Casey Anthony...and since she was locked up, that leaves George...who went out of his way to "throw her under the bus" at every turn and deflect scrutiny off himself.

George Anthony is a scumbag liar who knew Kronk and likely paid him off to dispose of the remains and call it in for the reward and when he cops blew him off the first time with story A, he waited 4 months and went back again with story B and got their attention finding her remains.

Based on facts and evidence, what likely happened was Casey was asleep and left Caylee with her father who left her unattended a few minutes too long and tragically she drowned in the pool. In order to not destroy their family - because it wasn't Casey's fault, it was his fault - he tried to conceal it long enough to break it to Cindy without cops involved, to work out how to deal with it (since Cindy was his gravy train)...but Casey freaked out and lied to her mother and told the same lie to the cops, and then the media got involved and they kept it going. Once Casey was dealing with Baez, she eventually told him what happened and her story to Baez behind bars matched the timeline of her phone records to the letter.

She wasn't lying. Her father was.

And this is largely why she was set free. No evidence of murder. You can insist til hell freezes over it was a murder but unless you can show how, what with, when, etc. that means no evidence. And no evidence = not guilty.

If the public really cared about Caylee and what happened to her they'd get this psychotic and crash the OPD and Sheriff's office demanding a real investigation instead of rallying out front of the Anthony residence acting like crackpots.
