Where is the best place to live in Chapel Hill, NC?

Hi I know this was posted long ago but we are relocating to chapel hill with our 2 daughters looking for a really nice townhouse that allows pets in chapel hill. Our price range tops out at $2,500/month. We want to contact places for a visit in early June.
